Quinton's House is a program of Heartford House Child Advocacy Center and provides a satellite office in Clinton County.  Quinton's House was named after Quinton Andrew Bricker, a 15 month old child from Clinton County who died as a result of child abuse in May of 2003.  Quinton's House was officially dedicated on April 24, 2013, ten years after Quinton's death. It took the dream and perseverance of many dedicated members of the Clinton County community to turn the dream into a reality.   This location provides forensic interviews and victim advocacy.  Services can be accessed through contacting our main office.
