Everyone in the state of Indiana is a mandated reporter. This means if you have any reason to believe a child is being abused or neglected, you must report it. Learn more about the Mandated Reporter Law here: https://www.in.gov/dcs/hotline/
If the child is in immediate danger, call 911.
